    For what it’s worth i decided at 73 that the folic acid mandated in all bread was bad for me. My solution was to switch to bread made from fresh grinding my own wheat berries. The results include 20 pounds of lost weight without trying. PSA dropped from 4 to 3, and my craving for fast food was much reduced. I do not get as hungry as before. Also there is a noticeable increase in fiber. All from 1 or 2 slices of real bread every morning.
